Straight without Chemicals? Empty Straight without Chemicals?

Post by Mimi 15th December 2009, 12:20 pm

I just got an email from naturalycurly.com with the subject:

Natural relaxers.

A relaxer without chemicals... I was like yeah sure.... And thought let me see what they are claiming now...

And I was reading this:
How Is it Applied

Janelle Beauty's Diva Smooth is extremely easy to apply and can be applied by yourself or a Salon professional - Anyone can do it!l
. You simply apply the Diva Smooth, let it sit. Shampoo, Rinse, Condition, Blow Dry. Flat iron for that straight look. Beautiful, healthy chemical free hair!

Like dûh! I don't need her products to get straight hair with a flatiron... A matter of fact I don't think any one does... If you use a flatiron, everybody gets straight hair!

I've heard about natural relaxers on YouTube. All of the ingredients are natrual. It's a combo of yogurt, coconut milk and some other things. I forgot but it's suppose to loosen your curl pattern. No flatiron needed.

Probably sort of the same thing that baking soda does. The one mentioned above states a blow dry and flat iron so this one is probably different then ones they show on Youtube.
