weight loss with BIOTIN PILLS

Hello ladies
Ive been using Biotin for 2.5 weeks, and ive noticed i have lost weight each day i use it, no for real.
in the first week i was eating garbage not working out. but i was still losing weight example
monday i would be 195 tuesday 194.5 or something. So when i noticed this i started researching and it dose speed up your meatoblism as well as turn fat in to protein and carbs. Since i have incorporated strick diet and excercise into my life, i have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks.

THAT'S whats UP!!!! I need to get some ASAP!!!! Thanks for that info. i didn't know that. what brand do you have? oh and again, i love the way your twists look!!

"No for real" lol. Me too, Milwaukeechick! I take 5 mg (5,000 mcg). I love that it helps me shed a few pounds, but I'm always hungry! It speeds up my metabolism like nothing else.

Lol, girl, I would not joke about this. I started out with 2 mg, but I didn't notice any weight loss until I went up to the 5 mg dose. That's the highest dose I've seen recommended anywhere. Try it consistently (meaning everyday) for a month. Biotin is naturally found in eggs, liver, yeast, whole grain cereal...a few other things, but I know I wasn't getting enough through my diet alone.

Im so excited, i loooooveeeee biotin, and guess what my hair thicker in just 2.5 weeks!!!. I havent seen growth yet, so im doing a 3 month challenge. i was 195.4 im now 189.4 im loving this stuff. oh and i buy my mine from walmart 3.00 for 1000 mg and 6.00 for 5000 mg. I hate to tell my husband im in love with someone else but i am. I also take vitamin E everyother day, and i take multi vitamin every day. i workout 3 days a week.

Okay. Stop the madness!!! I have been taking biotin for 2 months. and I think I notice increased hair growth and my eyelashes WOW; but weight loss? I have not noticed, unfortunately.
However I am taking a multivitamin, vitamin D and Omega 3. Could the mix be casuing the lack of weight loss?
I still have to say congrats on the weight loss for everyone else!

Yeah im just really starting to see the results after almost 3 weeks in.
@curlya im taking Centrum multi vitamin's once a day,2 vitiamin E everyother day, and 5000mg biotin everyday , and oh my Birth control lol
I am thinking of getting some Vitiamin C for energy when i get the funds up. im broker then a joke

I think the reason that I am not losing weight is the glass of red wine i have everynight....

Curlya that's probably not it because red wine is actually recommended, one glass a day. Antioxidants are good!! now unless it's MORE than one glass.....LOL
