GOOD TUESDAY MORNING CURLIES:

Nothing to report on hair today. It is still twisted but I will unravel tonight for work, maybe. We are suppose to be getting another hit of snow and so I would probably want to wear a hat. We will see....

I will also be callin Devachan today. I am actually nervous about that. My husband asked me last night when is the appointment...lol. So yeah it's time . Since we didn't do a schedule for March yet that first week is wide open and that is when this stylist, Jackie is avaliable.

I am proud of myself I went to the gym for zumba class last night and again 5am this morning for cycling class (18 miles ). I want to invest in a heart monitor so I can see where I am when I work out and my workouts can be even more effective. I promised myself I will not weigh in until the night before my BC. I will elimate zumba from my routine because it doesn't seem to be challenging enough. I am taking a new class called body works and abs. It involves weights, step, and mat for abs. I was sore for like 2 days afterwards. THAT'S WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT...LOL . So I will do cycling for cardio and that class or free weights and pilates for strength training. RESULTS RESULTS RESULTS I NEED RESULTS......

sooooooo..it took me ALL day to read your thread but I'm glad I did! you're wonderful and I'm excited about your BC!!! I'll BC in December of this year, I actually just started in Dec of last year so I'm glad that I was able to take in the info that you provided!!!! I'm counting down with all the other ladies...TRAVELJUNKIE, SWEETDRK1 AND LYNNIE, UR THREADS ARE NEXT!!! lol...

Good Snowy Wednesday Morning:

Hair is still in twists definitely under the hat today (snow day) and will remain their until wash night, which looks like Saturday night. I may unravel on Friday night for work, we will see...
I oiled my scalp with the castor oil then my whipped shea/oil mix. NO MORE ITCHES. I have also been spraying my hair with strong peppermint tea. SO REFRESHING. My hair feels soft and moisturized.

My notebook is a little less than half complete with everything from recipes to products by sections for ease of reference. Some I have tried, some I can't wait to try. I will have it complete by BC date .
I am also working on my fotki, since this challenge will soon be coming to an end. I am trying to find some relaxed photos. Why is this so hard? I have no idea. Maybe because I have moved 3 times and photos may be in boxes in the basement.... . Anywho, I will get that together soon.

It is a scary thing when your bc is planned, but you will be okay because you will have someone there supporting you. You will be surprised how free you will feel once those relaxed ends are gone!!!

I hope the snow stops...I think I'm just as excited as you are about your bc!!! I'm going to send you some Houston weather today... that way if I send it now it will get there by Monday!!

I was listening to the radio this morning the song "Grateful" came on and I sang and cried all the way in because I am GRATEFUL for all that HE has given me. I am GRATEFUL that he keeps me near and out of harms way. I am GRATEFUL that when HE closes one door HE will surely open another!

We are again in the midst of snow storm with blizzard like conditions this afternoon. Yuk ... I have had enough snow to last the next 3 winters. No work again today of course.

@KNH - I could use it -- please send via overnight mail. I don't anymore snow, this will interfere with my BC in 10 days.

I am in the blizzard snow too. Contemplating not going to work tonight. There is never any work closure for me

Congrats on setting your appointment for your BC. It is great to have the support of your hubby. That really does make a difference.

I just invested in a heart rate monitor. I love it. It's very motivating during the cycling classes, as well as tracking your calorie burn. Let me know if you have any questions.
