I have to say this ladies, please be careful with nutritionals. They are not FDA approved like pharmaceuticals. There can be variations of the amounts of ingredients from pill to pill. Especially those of you on diabetes, blood pressure or other meds.
There could be, unknown to you, interactions or adverse effects as fatal as death. If you must take a nutritional, make sure it is from a reputable company that has been around a long time. And please walk in and get your products from a health store and try not to do online sales.
The best nutrition is from a food source.

Puritan Pride is low priced as well and has alot of "buy one get 2 free" types of deals so you can really stock up.

iherb.com also has reasonable prices and they sell many popular brands! Thansk Nikki!

Im goining to try Puritan Pride there was nothing at nutrition geeks that i could see that was cheap i found their oil's expensive....

If you check with your insurance provider you can sometimes order discounted products from their online pharmacy. I can get discounted drugs and free shipping, I have UHC (united health care)
