wow jnb...now i feel guilty for texting...can i take oprah's pledge??? well, did ludacris agree to stop using the N word when he was on her show! Its this one chick at my job who txts a whole BOOK! i be drivin like...aw heck naw i aint readin this. i mean i dont txt drivin 80 or nothing, mainly in traffic.

So Happy Monday...even though i HATE mondays . its my first day back at work and im so unmotivated right now. maybe i need to partake in spa week or something to pep myself up! $50 massage and facial to luxuriate in for an hour sounds tooo good. I did manage to do my hair this wknd only so i could review my cd set.

I started with the poo (i think i been poo'in too much cuz i did it twice last wk..EEEEK!!), then i slapped on the tui smoothie. i didnt get that instant detangle like erica did so i was skeptical. I left it in for more than an hour cuz i packed my bags n drove to my dads (an hr drive). i think the longer i left it in the softer it got cuz i got my erica effect . nice n soft, smelled good n cut like butta! I did wet 2 strands w/marguerites magic.

That tui set is a winning combo!! the marguerites magic isnt for hold but it moisturized well and my hair is cottony soft. My stepmom did bring me some tui oil from NY so i incorporated that into sealin too. of course i forgot to mention i grease my scalp before i style with pooka butter becuz my scalp LOVVVES it!! its given my coconut oil a break.

Now i have to compare my dc's to my all time fav, MJ rapid recovery. MJ still hasnt been knocked off the top spot. Tui is more loose n creamy, not as watery as KBB but i just prefer MJ cuz its more thick and although im not down wit the smell, the results are EXCELLENT (on my head).

Im gonna get lazy again this week and stretch my twist out. however it lands will be my style . i just untwisted this morning and didnt fluff my parts out only becuz i didnt want to frizzy the back out too much. maaaaaan, i aint even gonna re-twist it tonight. im gonna spritz it n throw on my bonnet. I found this really cool bollywood workout on demand (love fios) and it was really fun. i secretly like bollywood anywayz i just dont have the time to watch their 4 hr movies Now if i can only stay away from that starbucks ice cream!! EEEEEK!!

As for kids today....don't even get me started! Friday night in class we were talking about the decline of western civilization aka kids today. One of my classmates said that one of her male friends just found out that his younger sister is a 'bop'. What's a bop 7you may ask well another classmate's younger sister (13) said 'A bop is a girl that gives bj's' . Yes girl. It makes me reluctant to have kids but I know that I need to be volunteering more and complaining less. SMH.

So last night i threw on my satin bonnet, did my bollywood workout and went to bed. woke up with shrinkage! EEEEK! My front is still in tact though and im scared to look at the back so it shall remain a mystery. i just fluffled it a tad. oh wait, and i spritz'd on my water n oil concoction.

I forgot to share my purse hook i got, thanx to the business spotlight section. NaturallyKnottynNice shared her business and of course since im dmn near an accessory junkie...ok ok ok i AM . But i've really been looking for a cute pursehook for the past few years and she has some really fierce ones that u can also wear as a bracelet. I love anything versatile, its like im gettin more for my money. IB, that was a GREAT idea to start that thread to recognize these talented business women. Ill be checkin for bholmes n eden to drop through and share the love cuz i DEFINITELY need those headbands.

Also neet mentioned Massage Envy...let me sneak in MY review on them; i took advantage of their intro price of $50 and went to the one in arlington, va (i like to get pampered on the va side) and when i walked in i thought i entered high school. WTH!!! Not just young folks but young black folks! EEEK!! I go to the va side to GET AWAY from my peoples (yall know what i mean). let me try to keep this brief...i aint hear no type of serenity music playing, i didnt get escorted to a luxurious bathroom where i could change into a soft n luscious robe .

I was guided into a room that looked like a doctors office and this young girl did my massage with LOTION ...yes lotion. Mind you ALL the "masseuses" (?sp) walk around with a bottle of lotion on their hips hangin off like a tool belt. oh naw, im sittin there thinkin "i dont smell ne're AROMATHERAPY and i couldve clearly got mason to rub some johnson n johnson on my back n walk on it" but i aint gonna lie, she did a good job but i was already turned off from the moment i walked in the door. It was clearly NOT the type of spa treatment im used to **sipping tea with pinky in the air**

Now that was MY experience at the one in Arlington, Va. Maybe you'd prefer nikki minaj rubbin you down with baby lotion vs oils. NOT ME!! when i go to a spa i want to feel like im in morocco or tahiti somewhere enjoying a royal life with NO KIDS and getting pampered using royal rubies from some african prince while my kinks n problems are being whisked away with a thrust of soft yet forcing hands which lead me to believe im floating on clouds with no bills and not a care in the world. **sigh as i gaze into the sunset**
