Dandelion Quick Review: Colora Henna Powder

It was time for my monthly henna and I decided to try the Henna Colora (Chestnut). I mixed 2 boxes with water and lemon juice. I let it sit for about 3 hours in a very warm room, then mixed it with 1/2c YTC and 1/2c White Rain Apple Blossom condish. I rinsed after 4 hours. I got much less color uptake that the best rated (Mehandi, Jamila). This stuff is poorly sifted so I was very glad I used it in a henna gloss mixture. It was very hard rinsing the little dinghys out. Works in a pinch but I wouldn't buy it again.
