lol, jnb too funny! i just came from the bathroom and stared at my hair for like 10 min wondering if i can make the twa cut [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] . im gonna get me a blowdryer on fri and do a blow out to see if i make the cut...

here's the deal for all of us ji pass the twa stage into the BAA stage we can have a BAA growth challenge...especially since i love growth challenges anywayz! that way we can still come in and check on our twa sisters. does that sound fair enuff?

That is fair. I will have to figure it out because my hair is kinky twisted so I have no clue how to measure that.. But once these bad boys come out I AM ON IT!!

Ok...my last touch-up was December 4, 2009 and I couldn't take the 2 textures so I BC'd March 7, 1010. And I am having really good growth and my hair is soooo much healthier. I am 40 something [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] and haven't seen my natural texture since I was 16. I have been wanting to do this for a while now and after my last touch-up I said ok...this is it and I love it [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] .

Man ladies, I know it's not even the 1st yet but I'm seriously contemplating getting my TWA put into kinky twists for a good part of this challenge because these WnGs are getting so old, I don't want to over manipulate it, just let it chillax for awhile you know. I tried one or two last week and I could barely even get it started because my hair was to short since I have trouble getting them close to my scalp.

a BAA means big a$& afro, but not sure what JI means.

lol, sorry i was just using dc slang terms. "JI" means almost, or on the fence...sorta undecisive. we mainly pair it with "like" i.e. I ji like want to go to the movies but i dont know.

dc and pg county, md is the ONLY place you'll "ji like" hear it along with the ONLY place you'll find chicken n mumbo sauce from the carryouts (chinese carryouts)

I so love my TWA sisters...and don't mind being kicked out!!! Thanks for starting the BAA challenge Nubie!! I think mine is a KBAA (kinda big a$% afro)
