It is very easy.
6 TB Aloe vera gel
2 TB EVOO
3 TB curly friendly condish (cone free)
I got it off of someone's fotki (I can't remember the name), whose hair I admire.
I have other recipes too. But I want to try this one first, because it is so simple.

Ladies, I said I was thinking of doing that only if I can't find a gel to blend my 2 curl patterns. Why go thru the hassle of that technique if I can find a gel to do it for me .
I received a gel today thru a product swap. It's called Darcy's Botanicials Natural coils curling gel (natural curl defining gel). It smells awesome. I have to try it soon.
I also called my Whole food about the smaller jar of KCCC. They will call me back on Friday to tell me the price and see if they can order it. That is when the purchaser is in. How much should the smaller jar be? Does anyone know?

Smaller jar should be around $16 or $17.

Ok, that is what the whole food guy guesstimated for me. I am in another product swap with this girl that used it once and wants to sell it for $12. I think I may have to definitely jump on that this weekend. She is going to check on the size of the jar again and let me know. She said she paid $25.99, so I am thinking she has the large jar. We will see......................

OK, OK, I WILL ADD IT TO MY HAIR AGENDA . Do you think it will look nice becauce my hair is longer than hers? I may have to eventually brush back the sides like I always do....

I think it would give you the big chunky fro look, which is a look I really like.

Love all your hair pics girl! Your two strand flat twists are so neat! You don't need straight parts anyway. It makes it so much easier to blend out!

I like this but my husband would flip out...... .
Do you think I should add color to my hair. My friend was saying lighter colors on short lengths really bring out the curls. I see that with BBD too. Then if so what should I use? My hair is super health right now and I have been using all natural ingredients. I am wondering if I should compromise that for some color.

Tell your hubby he is ruining my fun! (j/k)
If I would have never ever dyed my hair with chemicals - I don't think I would be doing it now. I wouldn't compromise your hair's health for color. I have however, been looking at the spray colors for a temp effect. I wonder if those would work now? I used them in high all the time when I was wearing a press n curl.

That color spray was a life saver for me! When I got my hair done for my junior prom I asked for some weave highlights. The stylist was overzealous with the blonde and while it complimented by skin, it completely clashed with my periwinkle dress. So I had to use some dark brown spray to cover all that up. Worked like a charm until I started sweating my hair out and the spray started running down my face.
