Ok, I am wearing my hair pretty much the same way. I woke up and completed my homework and rushed out to work.. Still was 15 min late (shhhhh!).

I had ordered some products from Oyinhandmade. I ordered the sampler/travel kit with:

Honey Hemp Condish
Greg Juice ( I have never used before) Leave in
Whipped Pudding ( I have never used before)
Shine and Define

I was getting so upset because the last time I traveled my hair had smokers cough from being so dry. So this time I AM PRE-PARED!! I am super excited about going home and now I am all smiles because I have my product for my travel!!

I leave in 3 days and a wake up. And man o man my customer service skills is slippin out the door. I love that people know when it comes time for my R&R they tread lightly. Dont ask me any stupid quesitons especially when you been on project for over five years... YOU WILL BE AMAZED OF HOW RETARDED THE HIGHLY EDUCATED ARE. Book sense and zero common sense!! LOL!!!

Well... Last night I was a good girl and I put Honey Hemp Condish in my hair, put a plastic cap, and went to sleep. I EVEN WOKE UP EARLY!! I woke up at 530 am (NOT A USUAL) and got up to start washing my hair. I get in the shower and do my first wash with Selsun Blue, rinsed and put in my Head to Toe Honey Wash was doing a good scrub and singing "come here rude boy boy , can you get it up" with my best shower voice and my NEIGHBOR STARTED TO SHOWER!! We share a water heater which means my water was turning cold. I then rinsed the shampoo out and put in Giovanni Tea Tree condish and got out the shower. I sat with it in my hair and then went to take a hot shower and rinse it out as the water got cool yet again.

I am going tonight to get the front of my hair cornrowed and then the back bigger cornrows so i can take them down in ATL. I will have pics when I get them done. I may just have the patients to sit to get the back done, but I can do that myself.. MAYBE if I am not too tired tomorrow. BECAUSE I AM LEAVING, ON A JET PLANE (but I know when I ill be back again).

H-TOWN BOUND!! ( I don't think they READY!!)

I have been using it since I started on my natural journey. AND I LOVE IT. It smells great and may hair is super soft when I use it. It is higher than what you will find in the store, hence I am stocking up before I leave Iraq, and the money... It cost 11.00 plus shipping and handling unless you are in the Baltimore are. That is where it is produced. I just got the travel set. I love the Oyinhandmade line. Your hair is amazing!! what are you using now?

Initially I used ORS Replinishing Conditioner, lately I've been experimenting more. So for a couple of weeks I did an overnight DC with HH/OO (I didn't have EVOO yet), and Raw Honey. I love the results for that. And last week I did a homemade conditioner that was messy and icky, but I think it did it's job. LOL, maybe I'll repost that experience in my thread tomorrow from my blog.

Be sure to do that because I want to know how it comes out. I think for 11 dollars you get the like 8 oz or a lil more.

Side note - I realized that when using Carols Daughter Healthy Hair Butter it does not work with my hair when it is wet. Yesterday I washed my hair and I did my usual regimen but then added the Healthy Hair Butter while wet. The thing that confused me was that my hair felt DRY, but yet when you touched it. You pulled back oily fingers. I was like wth is REALLY GOING ON..

Today I woke up and small sectioned my and applied the butta to my hair and now my hair feels SUPER GOOD AND NICE AND LOVELY!!

I KNOW RIGHT!! I work in Human Resources and everyone was like it is looking a little dusty outside.. Or I heard there was going to be a major dust storm tomorrow. And I YELL STFU (which is not HR appropriate)!! I put that HR rep to the side. I am a passenger that can get disgruntled, and will cross the track on ANYONE that is in my way of getting out. I am like Oprah on a Favorites Things show.. EVERYBODY GETS SOME!!

I am so ready to go I probably wont even sleep tonight!! More so excited to hug and my babies and my hubby!!

Thanks Sweets... I am just ready to get out of here. I am so tired of "near" beer!! I want a real ice cold one.. BUT.. I said this time around in Dubai I will not drink like a man (beer, shots, etc.) in support of my friend because this is her first travel with her boyfriend and we have to be lady like and not scare him off. THEN shock him in VEGAS!! I will drink like a lady and have Martini's and maybe a nice shot of Hennessy XO. I am going to drink like a lady, but have on no make up, yoga pants, and a grey t-shirt. I am not like these other chics that got anything to prove with jeans and make up and hur all whamed up for a 16 hour flight. I will get the jazzy change on in ATL.. I dare NOT step into Houston looking like that!!
