OK,

I am trying to figure out what I am going to do with my hair. It should have been washed yesterday but I was too lazy. Now it's itching and dirty! I have to wash it tonight. I want to try a bantu knot out but I am leary of trying it this evening and leaving it to chance in the morning. If I look a HAM I won't be able to do anything about it before work.

I did the BKO last night. I have mad shrinkage. So I might play around with it this evening. I didn't have time this morning. I just put on a head band and kept it moving.

It is good enough for today since there is barely anyone in the office.

I have come to accept my friend, Shrinkage lol. For the most part I've learned to work with her and when she's acting up too much I straighten her out with some big flat twists.

I did take pics of the BKO but I haven't had a chance to post them yet. I will post them soon. Yesterday i wore the headband, today it is just loose.

We'll see what I do with it this evening for church.

Well, I brought the new year in at church. We had a great time. I wore my BKO. Last night when I got home I re-knotted my whole head (fewer knots that the first time). I took them out today and I realized...I don't really like it the first day. I thought it looked much better on Day 2. So tonight, it will be going in a pineapple.

I might also try to make few knots next time. Maybe that will give me bigger bouncier curls.

I am totally natural. I cut the remaining perm out early this year when I went to a BOB.

@Tia- I did it on wet hair. Next time I will do it on dry hair and make bigger knots.

I took a few down to see the results. They look good in the front...a different story in the back. It was a lot of shrinkage and frizz to me. ( I don't know why the pic is side ways)









It was frizzy. I used several different products in my hair so it might be my fault. The first qtr I was using KBB Hair butter and coconut oil. Then I decided the butter was too hard and time consuming to put on and switched to MJ Curly pudding and Coconut oil. IDK what caused the frizz.

Here is my hair today. I couldn't take the BKO loose anymore. I look like a little kid.

I love KBB hair butter but it is hard and time consuming to use. I like both looks but I know how it is when you are expecting your hair to look a certain way.
