Need a Big Sister URGENTLY

Hey I'm Nikita, I'm new to this site and I have been natural going on 9 months on the 17th. Since I went natural, I've been having some serious issues with my hair. Because I damaged my hair so terribly, my hair is extremely multitextured and hard to manage. My hair has grown, but then growth process has slowed down lately. I've also noticed I have scab hair (I'm cutting them slowly). I have 4Bish hair, but I dont mind what kind of hair my Big Sister would have. I just need someone to help me out. I know a few natural people, but they don't seem to have much time for me so they cant help. I'm in such need of help that I'm even willing to have a Big Brother lol. I just need someone who is willing to help me. I would def appreciate it. Thanks.

Oh Thank You Sooooo much. It's so many things I would like to ask you. Do you have like an instant message that I could contact you?, perhaps an instant message or something. I would also be able to show you with pictures some of the issues I'm having with my hair.
