I think he realized he hit a nerve because then he wanted to call me every few mins for nothing. As I continued to twist my hair looking forward to my curls today I decided although his opinion matters to me (I do love him most days) that this is about me and not one other person...so there!

Anyway...I have some running around to do today; ship off my BFF's stuff and to Pooka and restock on my body stuff and Hair nectar, guess who uses it more than I do now?? Yup Mr it's cute!!! Then taking dad to dinner for his birthday.

I will post pictures of us from dinner later on. Thank you all for listening to me vent.

Hi Sweetdrk1~

I just had to respond to this. I know how you felt when your honey hurt your feelings. I transitioned for about 5 1/2 months...then I did my b/c. Long story another post...however, there was this guy on my job that was/is interested in me, but when I cut my hair he made comments like..I have some perm in my car do you want it. He claimed he was playing, and I would respond no use it on youself. Anywho.....my hair has grown a lot in 2 months and last week I styled my hair like the picture on the left, and he came by my office. You should have seen his face....

That evening my cell phone rang. I didn't say hello...just said "I told you my hair would grow and I would look sexy and I wouldn't have time for you when you realized this" Love it!!! To say he was suprised that I would actually tell him this is an understatement...LOL

Wish I could have seen his face. Y'all should see him now, stopping by my office everyday for no reason!!! (that opportunity is soo now gone!!!)

Sorry for going on and on, but had to share!!!

You posted your twist out on another forum...looking for how you did it and saw this picture. Your hair is so pretty!!!
