So last night I put a bunch of chunky twist to maintain my curls and Sweetdrk1 - Page 12 Icon_biggrin

this is after I took them down and lifted my roots a bit

tied a scarf and went about my business

Have you tried pinning to the side? I was just on someone's thread (Intelligentbeauty I think) telling them I need to work on my "pin up" skills.

Love it! I find doing a chunky twist out/curly fro much easier than small twists. And I don't have to worry as much about frizz. (But I'll still keep trying.)

TJ I did the chunky twist on day old tiny twist. I didn't want to do it over. I am just the opposite, if I do them chunky to begin with...I have little to no definition to the curl. Now that my hair is longer I am going to try it again though
