Long to short and no plan!!

Ladies

I just recently transitioned from long hair to very short hair
Think from middle of my back to the tip of my neck! not even touching my shoulders oy!

I did this to start over to grow my hair more healthy longer.
I cannot mange how to maintain fresh curls daily without washing it or rinsing it daily!

I have 3b hair and its medium texture-- not too thin and not too thick... but it s too thin for twist oits or braid outs... so i rely on water to keep my curls fresh but it is damaging and strips my hair!

Maybe products can help but what? My hair has the potential to get oily or weighed down easily without much product..so unless a lughtweight moisturizer that can give me fresh looking non oily curls that would be my ideal product for daily use

My hair is too short to put in a ponytail so it appears my only option is to wear it out curly.
But how can i achiev this without washing my hair everyday??

I just BCd so I'm experimenting right now myself, but I also have fine hair. Curls Souffle is a light curl cream that I like. Curls also has a curling gel that I just bought but haven't used yet. It says that it doesn't give you the "crunch" you get from regular gel. I got them both from Target. Wish I could help more.

What about two strand flat twist to achieve a twist out?
