Hey ladies...About 3 months back I cut off 3 1/2-4 inches of my hair. It was a major chop for me. I cut my hair to about shoulder length in the back. Two days ago decided to flat iron my hair...just because i felt like it. To my surprise my hair has grown back at least 2 1/2 maybe 3 inches! The best part of it all is that it looks so full and healthy. I've never been one to care about length, but wow Shocked ! I guess I will continue doing what i'm doing...I think i have a hair goal now. I started with BSL, chopped to SL, now I think I want to go for MBL...we see how it goes Very Happy .

Congrats and very encouraging.

I chopped my hair about 3 inches a few days ago. I was right at BSL, now I can hardly say I'm APL. Hopefully I can get my length back as quickly as you did.

LOL...no secrets ladies. I shampooed, conditioned, kept my hair moisturized (especially the ends). I like to braid or twist my hair at night, take the braids/twist out in the morning and wear it in up maybe 4-5 times a week. I still rocked a wng every now and then too. I don't know... my main concern has been to keep my hair moisturized and take care of my ends. I need to deep condition more though... one step at a time I guess.
