Re: Stretching Cream
i used it once and wasn't impressed. miss jessies definitely isn't natural. you have to request the ingredients from the miss jessies website.
i know i swapped what i had last year and was happy to be rid of it. it weighed my hair down and didn't provide any dramatic length. but of course the site does mention that. every hair type is different. so you may or may not like it but it not a natural product. its up to you if want to use natural products or not.

Re: Stretching Cream
Miss Jessie's does make a chemical hair straightener. They call it a Silkener.
SImilar names, different products. Here's the link to the Q & A on the website:
http://www.missjessies.com/site/07_faq/faqsilkner.htm
In addition to not being natural, the stretch cream has instructions that direct users to do things that I don't do to my hair: Grab it, Pull on it and blast it with heat.
I copied the description from the website.
Stretch Silkening Crème is a quicker to dry whipped soufflé that delivers an amazing plump curl and a brilliant shine. Fabulous for fingerstyling. The lightest of the curl crème bunch. P.S. This is not Miko's chemical Silkener technique. Instructions for use: Apply product while hair is soaking wet for full coverage based on your length and density. Do not rinse out. Air dry or dry under an overhead dryer. For maximum stretch silkening: After curls are fully dried grab a section and stretch downward for tension. Using a blowdryer with a nozzle attachment blast heat from root to midshaft. This will further stretch those kinks to curls.
