Cholesterol Cream
I just bought some Queen Helene cholesterol conditioning cream and I remember it from back in the day and it seems to be a favorite among some curlies. The problem is; I'm not sure if I'm protein sensitive or not? Some curlies add egg to it. I think I may need it because I don't eat red meat but I do get protein from chicken, turkey. Anyone use this as a protein treatment? What were your results?

Re: Cholesterol Cream
If you are protein sensitive our results will be very different.
I used to use Queen Helene - I switched to Lustrasilk, but when I added an egg I got great results. However, I am not protein sensitive. I also like to add olive oil sometimes because my hair loves olive oil.

Keep some extra condish close just in case....too much protein can be countered (some) with moisturizing conditioner
