does any1 when they wash there hair/twist hair hv lots on the finger? could i b using 2 many diffrent things in my hair?

and what are you using in your hair? How often do you comb your hair? Don't forget that we shed about 100 or so hairs a day.

You shed 100 - 150 pieces of hair a day. How often r u washing your hair? And what type of comb r u detangling with?

After i wash and condition my hair i put in twist and i have shedding, but it's normal.

Thnxs ladies of the replies.. some short pieces and its curl up. i do use a wide tooth Comb to comb my hair.. wash my hair twice a wk. also some time i use 2 different shampoo.

umm, why the 2 shampoos? That may be overdrying your hair. What else do you use in your hair? moisturizers? styling products???
