Breakage... 4a/4b Empty Breakage... 4a/4b

I have a quick question...People who have THICK,DENSE,4a/4b hair -- do you think SOME breakage is inevitable?do you feel like your hair has grown long even though you may have seen some breakage on the journey?When I say some I mean like ... maybe 5 pieces here and there, not like 20.I'm especially wanting to know this from ladies with APL hair or longer.

When you say pieces, are you talking about strands or do you mean sections?
