If you hair is reacting fine to it, then no I dont think it's bad.

I shampoo my hair once a week and my hair is doing fine. As long as it is not drying your hair out, then no it's not bad.

I use a leave in conditioner to moisturize my hair everyday..instead of spritzing my hair with water daily (causes wayyy too much shrinkage in my hair) I use a water base leave in and rub in through my hair and seal it in with coconut oil...this is how i moisturize everyday

Mmm I may have to try that but I dont quite use a spritz spray that often

i don't think there is any set rule on how often u should condition; i guess u should condition whenever ur hair feels dry; idk i go by however my hair feels~

I don't think it's bad at all. Especially if it's a leave in, like you said, then you should be fine. If it can stay in your hair then there should be no reason you can't use it everyday. Very Happy
