What did you buy...December 2010?

'Tis the season to by hair products...wait, it's always the season for hair products! LOL What did you ladies buy this month? Any future purchases in mind?

These should hold me over until my Black Friday/Cyber Monday purchases get here.

I didn't buy any new hair products because I went crazy on Black Friday. So far, I restocked on vitamins, plastic caps, MAC and Make Up Forever cosmetics, and tiny hair clips in Christmas colors. That's it, thank goodness.

I got some new bonnets and more plastic caps. Trying not to buy anymore hair products until I at least finish a bottle of something! lol!

i havent bought any products since October!! can you believe a whole month without buying products!! I think im kickin this product junky thing to the side..(bout time cause it was hurting my poor little pockets)

BUT!!

I am running out on my DC (aubrey organics honeysuckle rose) so I might have to go run and get some by the end of this week. BUT thats it no more Raven!!!

I haven't bought anything yet; however I am interested in the JBCO, but would like to know if it really does something different than Home Health Castor Oil I have currently. Can anyone provide any insight/links/benefits of purchasing this kind vice what I already have. I did purchase at the end of November three items from KBN: Sweet Almond Joy Hair Body Butter, Lemon and Lavender Pomade, and ACV Hair Rinse Spray. Just waiting on that shipment.

I 'm itching also for the Qhemet Alma & Olive Heavy Cream (should have gotten it during BF-oh well), but I really need to use up all the stash of items I have at home. I should enroll myself in the "Use Your Stash Challenge" *sigh*

I bought Kinky Curly Knot Today in Target...it was the last one...like it was waiting on me! LOL

I need some Honeysuckle Rose because I have almost none and a head full of hair...other than that Im going to work with ALL the products I have!

So far, just hair ties and shampoo (Giovanni Tea Tree?). My hair's in braids so I won't be needing much of anything for a while. (Bought like six pounds of shea butter and raw black soap last month, though. )

There really is on this forum board under the challenge forum -lol, I'm too wimpy to join it though right now cause I could break at any time as soon as someone gives a great review or the wind blows!

@misskris Thank you, I actually just flat twisted the front section and I did medium to large size twists in the back and I unraveled them the next day

I'm trying to avoid the "let me see if that will work better than product x". I want to work on what I have.

I plan on applying a henna gloss later this month, so I'll need a conditioner to add to the henna, and a conditioner to wash it out. I've never been big on wash out conditioners so I'll have to buy something. And if I get good results I'll be purchasing more henna (and the conditioners to go with it) for my return to St. Vincent. And I need to buy more peppermint oil.

Only thing I will be buying is some new weave for my Valentines day install. My dh is gonna be home for r&r, and I will be rocking his favorite hair, some virgin curly cut shoulder length and combed until it gets huge.

I bought some amla(oil & powder) shikakai kalpi tone powders I want to purchase some JBCO but havent been able to find some in the area I live

Hi Naturals..The products I bought this month were the ones I had my eye on for a while. The Oyin Juices, Honey Hemp Condish, and the Burnt Sugar. I also purchased the Donna Marie MiraCurl and the Cocoa Hemp Milk. I wanted to try Darcy's but was unable to purchase for BF. I am excited though because I have all of the stylers I was looking for, so I believe I am done (famous last words of the PJ )

@Toya I still would like to get some Darcy's and some Koils by Nature. Have you tried these products?
