I'm still taking my prenatal vitamins ( i had my daughter four months ago). The prenatal vitamins have a lot of great nutrients and I think they are helping me stay healthy and strong (i'm breastfeeding) and i think they are aiding in my hair growth. I've seen some growth in the last couple of months (i've been natural four years and i'm just now seeing some growth and health in my hair, i've also started taking much better care of my hair though).

Fact: All multivitamin pills and gummies (chewables too) contain binders and fillers. These may include palm oil, gelatin, boric acid, pine tar, talc, carnauba wax and corn starch. Due to all of the extra ingredients, the human body cannot breakdown the pill and absorb the nutrients in an effective manner. So about 80%... of your bottle of Centrum or GNC multivitamins end up in the toilet, LITERALLY.
