Has anyone heard anything about these kind of twists extensions? I have been thinking about getting them and i dont know how i should take care of them in conjunction with my natural hair underneath.. i wanna challenge myself and my hair to a 4 month challenge to get some growth going!!

Re: Fluffy/puffy twists?
Funny you ask this because I just got these put in on Saturday! I used the Fluffy Hair from the Nafy Collection in color 4-30. My first impression: I absolutely love them! They are big, soft and light and I have received so many compliments on my hair in the 3 days that I have had them in. They never did hurt, in fact I slept very comfortably that very first night! As far as maintence, so far I've only lightly oiled my scalp with an olive/coconut oil mix and I wear my satin bonnet at night. I don't think that I will wash my hair with water with these in. If necessary I may mix ACV and water and blot my scalp as needed if it feels dirty. I will try to upload pics later if I can find my camera. HTH

I got these about a month ago. They blend in so nicely with my natural hair! Everybody keeps asking if they're mine lol.
I also used the Nafy collection.
I just put olive oil on my scalp on my wash day (every Saturday) and after I wash it I spray my leave in on them.

You're welcome!
I wash my scalp because I only oil my scalp and the hair itself isn't dirty or loaded up with product.

Re: Fluffy/puffy twists?
okay sounds good!! I am def. getting them!! ahh im so excited!! Idk if you can tell in my avatar picture but my hair in the back is kinda short..idk if the braiding salon can catch that..and quite frankly idk if i want them to because that may mean a lot of wear and tear on my natural hair that im trying to keep healthy?!...that is my only dilemma about getting them right now because my hair is shorter in the back..

Re: Fluffy/puffy twists?
Lol Well I guess you can stretch the back out so it would be easier to twist. But since it's braided from the root, it should hold well. They most likely won't come out though.

Re: Fluffy/puffy twists?
SO i just actually put these in last night-into this morning! I love the way they look but they can get very matted at the ends.. I used the naffy collection. She ships very fast but you have to email her to purchase. slasshes@aol.com
I have to cut them up and style them because currently is way too full for my liking but most people like that. I also would treat them on how i treated my year braids. I spray my scalp with grapeseed oil and a leavin lightweight conditoner
