Other names for Glycerine...?

Hi everyone,

So I have read I should try to avoid Glycerin a little more if i can in the winter, so perhaps avoiding it being in my top 3-5 ingredients . .so I wanted to know, what sort of names should i look out for that are infact Glycerine?

I have read coconut oil contains it?? if so, what alternative is good, Olive? Jojoba??

Also, good leave in's low down - basically, as you have guessed, im wanting to get on the right track for the winter mths as the cold is now in full flow...brrrrrrrr!

1,2,3-propanetriol, Glicerol, Glucerite, Glycerin, Glycerine, Glycerol Monostearate, Glycerolum, Glyceryl Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin.
