Here is an experiment I'm doing I'll tell you if it was a success by the end of the day

Step 1

In shower put conditioner on your hair and co wash

Step 2

Rinse with cold water

Step 3

Use plastic conditioning cap (I did between step 1-2) and leave it on after you put in leave in conditioner.

Step 4

Dry the plastic cap with towel

Step 5

Start head wraping. I used tonidaley80's method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_I78b5AB20

Step 6

Now you are done! I'll tell you at the end of the day how my hair feels.

So far it is 4:14pm and I did this about 7:30 am. Today it says it is 47 degrees but I feel like it's warmer. I just took off my cap and wrap cuz I'm about to go to to work but I'm very happy with my results. Some of the my hair had drops coming out when I took my cap off. My hair has movement in it which is a good sign of moisture. I think this regimen is a keeper!

I will do one last update when I get home from work because it will get colder at night and it will be a longer time span.

I do that alot when I'm cowashing and teleworking. My hair is always moist. Sometimes after I put in the leave-in, I put my hair in ten large twist and seal the ends with an oil before I put the plastic cap on .

The towel is just to dry off the cap before I do my head wrap. I do this simply my whiping the water off.

In the end my hair dried out only cuz I had to go into that cold fridge over and over again at work! But I will do this for the winter. I saw a nice difference in my hair today.
