Re: 3-6 month regimen ??!
I BCed 6 months ago and my hair is still uneven. I don't wear styles where you would be able to tell though. Mainly just wash and gos and puffs.
...but to answer your product question, when I first BCed I used:
Conditioner: Hello Hydration, Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose or Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut
Deep Conditioner: One of the above and added olive oil and honey
Leave In: One of the above conditioners or Kinky Curly Knot Today
Stylers: I was never one to use gel for wash and gos so I didn't have a styler
I shampooed maybe monthly with the old formula of Creme of Nature, Hello Hydration or Kinky Curly Come Clean. I wanted to keep my hair really moisturized so I cowashed quite often...
Hope this helps and at least gives you a starting point!

yes this does, are the lines of products affordable
ive been doing a lot of reading, and it seems like a lot of people who did a BC hair grew back rather quickly and beautiful...everytime i read a blog i want to go and cut my hair, then i get unmotivated thinking of what it'll look like, and me being in the military who there be any consquences behind it

Yes they are all affordable. Hello Hydration is no more than $5, Creme of Nature is about $5, Suave is about $1-3, Aubrey Organics is about $8-9 and Kinky Curly is about $12 a piece for the shampoo and leave in...

Re: 3-6 month regimen ??!
My first three months of being natural I did a lot of wash n gos and around my fourth month I started doing braidouts in my hair.
Conditioner: Aussie Moist, Suave Ocean Breeze, Garnier Fruictis Deep Conditioner: Aubrey Organics White Camellia
Leave-In: Shea Moisture Leave-In, KCKT
Stylers: Ecostyler (when I did wash n gos) and Qhemets Amla and Olive Honey Cream when I started doing braidouts
