SCAB HAIR???? Empty SCAB HAIR????

I HAVE BEEN HEARING ABOUT THIS LATELY. WHAT IS SCAB HAIR? I RECENTLY BC'D AND EVERYTHING I DO TO MAKE MY HAIR SOFT AND CURLY DOES NOT WORK. I TRY TO USE SHEA BUTTER COCONUT OIL AND OLIVE OIL WITH A SPRITZ OF WATER AND VEGGIE GLYCERIN AND COVER WITH MY SATIN BONNETT. IN MORNING IT FEELS LIKE IVE DONE NOTHING!!!!! MY HAIR IS STILL DRY!!!!!! PLZ HELP!!!!!

I had scab hair too. A lot of DC's has helped me. It's taken a lot of time for it to get softer.
