What is your HAIR regimen

Hey ladies. I am currently 2 months post relaxer and for the most part, my hair is growing just fine (just trying to fix the breakage). Anyhow, I would like to know do any of you ladies have a hair regimen? Here is my current regimen, let me know what you think please!

Every 2 Months
Trim My Ends to help avoid breakage

Monthly
Home Made Protein Treatment
or Salon Protein Treatment

Bi-Weekly
Shampoo my hair

Weekly
Deep Conditioner

At least once a week

Co-Wash

I wash my hair every week.

I co wash twice a week.


Sadly that is all I do, so I'm not really really sure if you can call that a regimen lol.

Hmm, Let's See. I condition as often as I feel as necessary, up to 3x a week. I kind of let my hair tell me what it needs. And I also go by what I need. To put this thick mess in a ponytail I can't just rinse it or my hair will be super frizzy.

I shampoo only once a week. When I was getting relaxers I would get my hair washed every other week. Though the relaxer may have been a culprit to make my scalp itchy, so does not washing it often and conditioners don't get my scalp too clean.

Whenever my hair is wet I apply Beyond the Zone Noodle Head Leave-in and Curling creme.

I don't use a sealant at the moment.
