@knh- its an ELF brush set and i seen it on target website. it actually might be in the stores wit the holiday season so if u see it GRAB IT!! n stop bein scared to order online, thats pretty much all i do!

@sweet; where did u get the primer set? sephora? i wanna try the Sin and Greed and i just found out about the Greed cuz i thought it was only 3 make sure u post the differences!

@missmo-girl i'd love to have my brows grow in that full. the only hair that grows is on top of my head everything else is sparse

I dont wear a base wit my primer but maybe i'll try that...

Nubie, You are a trip!!! I guess I am just not used to all the eye rolling because when I was a permi I was just lookin like everybody else. I am not sure if I am going to let my hair grow out or not. This cut is so easy to keep up with!!!! I have really been slippin on my picture taking. I did a bright colorfull look on my lil cousin the other night, I will post the pics later. Yall are lookin good ladies, keep em comin!!

Oh no, try a mix of sugar (brown is best) and honey--equal parts of each. Rub it on your lips then let it sit for a couple of minutes and rub or lick it off.

What lip treatment are you getting? What does it do?

Let's post some holiday looks. I was playing around today, and this is what I came up with. It is silver and black. I want to try a look with golds next. Not sure how that is happening 'cause I do not think I have any golds but we shall see.

another classic smokey eye. i really love this look for going out. I use to think it didn't look right on women of color but i think if done right its really sexy! MINUS THE EYEBROWS I swear Im gonna get them done.

Chrs, Moriah, KC & Brandi...

ladies you look good!!! I had a very nice pink and purple going on Friday, but my camera died and I didn't realize until yesterday that I could use my phone. (I've had issue with the camera on my phone in the past)

Anyway...my avatar is what I tried to do yesterday. I am still struggling with my eyeshadow. Now what I think is going on is I don't have very good palettes at all. I bought a few NYX shadows like Chrs suggested and I can tell the difference..(that's what I'm wearing in my avatar)

So what I need now is a decent/good palette and your help. I'm trying to decided between the two...

Coastal Scents 88 Prism Palette

Both are reasonable; I get 10 more with Coastal Scents but I did a decent job with NYX yesterday. I'm just not that good with this eyeshadow thing yet. I'm sure I'm making it harder than it really is...but I'm going to keep at it until I get it! Oh...has anyone heard of this product..

This can be used to seal your eyebrows. Must be good because it cost $22.00. I saw this on one of dwilliams4905 Simply Smokey Eye ~ Purple video. Interesting...and I'm very curious about this.

Also, when do you use a white eyeshadow base? TIA for your help on the eyeshadow palettes!!
