wow brand; that sucks!

@knh- i love the orange and i missed out on the $15 off too Crying or Very sad

i just couldnt decide what i wanted but im sure they'll be more esp after xmas!

and does anyone have the coastal scent brushes? im in need of a new set becuz the brushes i got from ebay arent kicking it

i think i've been so spoiled by my sonia k's that its the only thing i know n so i want to find a full brush set just as soft.

Thanks nubie! I finally hit rock bottom on my MAC study fix and switched over to Bare Minerals. I really like it. Oh and using the Milk of Magnesia and Monistat chaffing gel as oil control/primer has really helped as well!

I used both. Liner to make shape and fill in. Shadow over the liners on the eyes.

@ Chrs, I have no plans for make up shopping this weekend, but I will be wearing an oldie but goodie eyeliner combo. Brick red with black winged out just a bit and a nude lip. This used to be my only look years ago when I had no idea how to wear eye shadow. By the way, I started a new lipstick album in my Fotki. This whole lipstick thing is really starting to grow on me. Slowly, but surely and I'm lovin it. I feel so grown. In time I will add pinks, red and maybe some purple. For now I am just getting really comfortable with my nudes. I'm going to a masquerade ball tonight. I'm wearing a purple eye using my Wet n Wild Lust quad--inspired by vintageortacky on YT.. My mask is black with feathers. The feathers are iridescent black and green. I am thinking of a pink lip--just a hint of pink.

This is the look I wore Saturday during the day. It was green with gold glitter over it. I liked how it turned out.

I watched a YouTube video by one of my favorite people, Ebony (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7GcOAhVqnc). Her channel is full of fantastic make up looks. Anyway, I purchased some things from Wet n Wile; black liquid eyeliner, a brown lip liner, two Color Icon Palettes in Pride and Lust, and a Berry Shimmer Blush. I also bought two Black Radiance palettes. I've heard really good things about these Wet n Wild palettes and I love anything Ebony does on her channel so I went for it.

@Forevercurlycatrina - I have the Wet nwild lust pallette and its one of my favorites because its really pigmented. I was also able to get a couple of the Holiday palletes wet n wild had out but they sold out fast. I saw the vid about Black Radiance and misschris82 also did a vid on Black Radiance. I may have to check out there palletes this weekend too.

So...i'm going to take pics today with my son and bf for our holiday pics and I'm not sure how I'm going to do my make up.maybe a nuetral look..this will be the first time I do my makeup and take professional pics....I'm gonna keep it light I think....

I used Wet n Wild's cream liner in black and a flat eyeliner brush to make the shape. I filled in the shape with the cream liner using the same brush. I then used a big eyeshadow brush to place on the black shadow. I lined my lower lash line with the cream liner using the flat brush then placed on the black shadow. I lined both my inner and upper waterlines with the cream liner. For mascara I used MAC's Zoom lash.

My one splurge this weekend was the Semi-matte Red lipstick. I got Nars Red Lizard, two black radiance blushes in warm berry and toasted almond. Not pictured I also got an Ecotools blush brush. I didn't have my camera but I love the Red Lizard lipstick. I will definitely have to do a neutral eye with this color because it is bright. I will take pictures when I wear it later this week.
