I'm bummed. I really wanted to see the Lion King Broadway Musical but my hubby said he thinks it's too expensive for both of us to go and he's right. I may just go alone because I really want to see it, and it won't break the bank if one of us go.

My cousin had a baby in September. My bestfriend had a baby last week. My other cousin's baby is due the end of this month and my other friend is due in Feb. EVERYBODY around me is having babies!

who's gonna be left to party once i get my car?????
I love babies and I do want one, but its just unrealistic for me right now.

so who am i gonna party with? nobody can just get up and go because they'll have to get a babysitter first! so frustrating. lol

phew. i am soooo feeling myself right now lmao. i made baked macaroni and cheese, collard greens, veggie chik'n nuggets (so what if they were frozen lmao), AND homemade cornbread. i am so proud of myself Smile

i was gonna make roasted brocooli, but i didn't feel like it :3 oh well

LOL! Man, if this wasn't my song when I was your age. All of my close friends ended up getting pregnant and having babies within a 2 year span. Everything changed because the grandparents and the baby daddies weren't to interested in babysitting just so they could go party. I like you was honest with myself realizing it would be bad timing for me and that I would rather have a family instead of a baby. Years later that is exactly what I have, a husband, children and a career. Sadly, some of my friends continued being baby mamas with old and new men and struggling alone. Looking back, I realize how important choices are.

You know, I was thinking about children the other day. (Crazy how all of our minds are on this wavelength sorta.) I was so caught up and hurt about my daughter dying that I almost failed to see that I was being given a second chance to do things the way God intended. I envied all of my friends who were bringing home babies and taking care of a new life. Looking at the goals I have for myself (professionally and personally), that wouldn't have been an ideal situation. The baby's father was a no show (He didn't even come to the hospital when I gave birth) and we couldn't even have a simple conversation without arguing. I want my kids to have a mommy and a daddy coming up. How was I going to be able to work and attend school full time for nursing let alone join the Peace Corps when I graduate with a little one? Yes, choices are important and I will make better ones going forth.

Okaaay got my self a cali roll(sushi) . I didn't like the lady at the restaraunt...at all. But I let her slide...cause its a new year lol. Also, im always really careful about getting crunk w/ ppl that handle my food. Lol, ppl crazy these days. I just had her give me extra soy sauce and went about my biddness! Hmp!

I really hope it snows tomorrow so I can stay at home with my hubby...he has the day off.

I am so tired from Zumba. I missed four weeks of class and it really kicked my butt. I may turn in early tonight. Hopefully I can sleep tonight. Didn't sleep too well last night.

Yep, I'm going to read another chapter of The Great Gatsby (because my husband is waaaay ahead of me) and then I'm going to bed.

I HATE my job!!! a callcenter environment is just not for me....
