Getting the itch for the BC! Empty Getting the itch for the BC!

Every time I wash my hair and see my curls (my natural hair is a tad over an inch right now), I get the urge to just cut it. I'm TRYING to hold out until Christmastime. I live in Utah right now and have had the hardest time finding a stylist who knew how to work with "ethnic" hair. I may have to go to Salt Lake City to find someone who knows what they're doing. Anyway, I'll be going home to California for Christmas and know that I could find somebody a stones throw away in the Bay Area.

It really is!!! I wanted to transition for a year! I actually started my transition in March 2010 and I did a mini chop @ first but then decided to get micros! I kept them in for about 2 months and I made up my mind after I took those down to go through with my BC! I know how it feels to be anxious! I said to myself why wait? But if u want to wait until Xmas try keeping in protective styles!

Yes, I planned to transition for 8 months but chopped it off after 3. Best decision that I ever made. Dealing with the 2 textures was too much for me plus I love my twa. Smile
