You can say that again. I took this barefoot cardio class called Will, Power and Grace and let me tell you and I'm sore. She incorporates, yoga, pilates and aerobics and I can barely keep up. Let's just say the plank position is my worst enemy.

yoga and pilates are wonderful, wonderful things. i hear you about the pain though. The strength you get and the balance are worth it.

Here are a few pics from last night's masquerade birthday party...we had a good time. ;D Sorry the photos are dark...we were in front of a black backdrop and the room was dim. On a side note, my baby fro is on the grow! LOL








As for the update, things are still going well. I am really digging my hair! It's getting so thick and I lurve it. One of my old coworkers was at the masquerade party last night and she raved about my baby fro. She said it would take time for her to find the courage to do it but she was proud I "crossed over" and it really suited me. I was very gracious about the compliment, but y'all know I wanted to recruit her, right? LOL however a friend's 40th birthday bash was not the place. Although I could have left our membership flyer on her windshield.

In other hair news, the expo is a week from today! I am so excited. In addition to the vendors, we also have several seminars to look forward to...

Thanks you! Weight loss is slow and steady, but I'll take it. Growth is great too. I guess you don't realize how much your hair is suffering until you embrace something healthy and it starts thriving.
