CONFUSED ABOUT VATIKA OIL??? Empty CONFUSED ABOUT VATIKA OIL???

So I've been using Vatika Oil as a sealant...just figured out that you are supposed to use this overnight than wash out..I was under the impression that this was a coconut oil and I could use this as a moisturizer or sealant...so is there a major difference between Coconut oil and Vatika oil???

Yes, Vatika oil is infused with ayurvedic herbs and henna. I use it to pre-poo. I would think it would work also in sealing and doing oil rinses.

@I've been using for sealing my ends as well, but I believe that I am going to try it as a pre-poo..What oil do you recommend?? I was thinking olive oil???

For pre-poos, I like using EVOO, coconut oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil and/or Vatika oil. I try to use no more than three oils at a time, usually do three when I only have a little of one oil left.

Might want to add that Vatika oil is already a mixture of 3 or more oils.
I use Coconout oil and cheapy conditioner as a prepoo overnight. Then I shampoo etc.

Maybe try Vatika oil as a hot oil treatment. I actually haven't tried Vatika oil. Where can i buy it? Does it have to be at an Indian market store?

I have used it as an oil rinse with great results. The base is coconut oil so it absorbs pretty well if your hair like cocnut oil.

@Krys315 I got my Vatika oil from a local Indian store. They have a little bottle and then a large one..I think I purchase the little bottle for like 2 dollars and some change.
