Random Thoughts...

now i have an opportunity to make a portfolio for one contest...is it worth it...having some self doubt...calgon take me away..

I made the kids with no costumes tell me jokes for candy. Good times.

Apparently, there are no sushi spots open after 10:00pm. I fee like a feen!

ugh...I haven't done my hair in a week, and I'm not feeling it. It's a tangled mess, and I'm sure it'll take an hour or more to finish. Wish me luck!

So....I have ridiculous loads of laundry that look like I'm doing clothing drive in my guest room.

I feel like I need to hire a maid for a day just to help me regain the order in my house (bad thing, it's just me), I mean, really!

Going to check out MJ's "This Is It" today!

Birthday is next Sunday, and I really want my girls and I to take a pole-dancing class...can't schedule it on Sunday, though. The Lord may not be too cool with that:)

I keep my Bberry on silent cause if I didn't, it'd go off every 5 minutes.

So now, I compulsively pick it up and check it every 5 minutes... it's getting out of control. I'm totally addicted to my crackberry.

That's how I am with my iPhone. I am CONSTANTLY on that thing. I'm definitely addicted to it. And all those APPS...OMG!!!

Dajewel I have the Ipod touch...cures the techy in me! I love the apps!

I love my crackberry to death, but I'm upgrading to an Iphone come January. This damn rollyball has just about drove me up the wall. I'm going to miss clicking my buttons...I'm super fast on the keys, lol. But I'm looking forward to more space for music and lots and lots of applications. And of course, I must have the white one

gosh, and now all the iTouch and iPhone people coming out of the woodworks!! and it don't help when i am constantly reminded about iTouch and iPhone when i go to sync my iPod...sigh...

oh, and in keeping with 'random thoughts' i notice that scratch my scalp when i am nervous...weird

right now (like, really, at THIS second) am listening to David Guetta and Kelly Rowland "When love takes over". this whole week I have been listening to a really cool dance, techno, rap, r&b mixed infused with soca. i swear, that was the business!!

and if i am not listening to that mix, i have the purchased songs on random play on the pod! i am def feeling Seal's (one of the best artistes EVER) "amazing" and "loaded"; Jay Z's "what they say" from his latest album; and an iMix of old and new reggae tunes; A.R. Rahman's "O...Saya"; Mos Def's "umi Says'

I love that song from Jays new album. I'm not a huge Jay fan, but I hear it all day. I'm feeling a few songs off his cd.

I'm gonna have to check out Seal and David Guetta! I love finding new favs.

I know, right! We walked in singing and dancing to it, and then promptly fist bumped it out like the Obamas...I'd give anything to be back in that moment. It went by so fast!

For those of you that watch Medium, did you see the episode where they actually played Good Life?! It was awesome to see Allison and her husband bopping along to it!

i wasn't really a jay z fan... in fact, i never really understood him until i saw his interview with oprah. he was very candid, and i was able to understand why he is what he is today. i didn't buy all the tracks. i only liked three.

there is always something powerful when hearing a song that brings back memories....amazing!!!!
