So I went to Starbucks today and got a Pumpkin Spice latte. Last week I did the same thing and got a Pumpkin Spice frappucino. I don't know why I head towards the Starbucks during break from class and but this stuff since I don't really like coffee. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I think I'm just craving something sweet. I gotta stop giving in my body's demands - I'm going to drive myself crazy.

nah, its ok to give into to your body's cravings, but do it in moderation. if you want something sweet, how about mixing cherries(or any ripe fruit) with vanilla yogurt?

Ok so my DD had basketball practice until 8pm tonight and she wanted to go to her old school's game night which is also tonight. She came up with the idea that she would go to practice then to game night because game night ended at 9:30. So I take her to both and pull in the garage and she calls me to tell me that she can't get a ride from someone else who lives in the neighborhood and it ends at 9pm, that means I have to leave in 20 min to go back and get her. Never again!

So the visit and dinner with my dad, grandma, and step sister wasn't half bad. You put Panamanians in front of food and the awkwardness dissipates. I must say though that it did start out a bit weird while we were at my house but over a good 4 hours spent. Having Taj there lifted the awkwardness as well.

I have it mixed. I'm waiting for the color to release. I still havent decided if i'm going to apply tonite or get up early to do it.

@sheetacular, girl, apply it tonight and sleep on it! It's much easier that way...I hate being up and moving around with all of that mud in my hair weighing me down...it literally will feel like a weight on your neck! Sleep on it and will release over night!

Ok, so I went to an event after work. Very nice function, but I had been gone since leaving out this morning. I got home around 8:30 pm and I'm supposed to go back out for a party that starts @ 10. Can I tell you Curlies, I'm in the bed, lol. I picked up some Cheesecake Factory take out and it's all good. If my girlfriend calls, I'll throw something on to go, but I called her @ 8 and she didn't answer. I feel bad about not making the party, but I'm tired and I plan on getting up to do my hair early in the AM, so I need my beauty rest.

Ok This is what I did. I wet my hair and put some v05 in to loosen up my twist out.

Then I mixed my henna with 3 cups of hair tea, 1TBS OJ, 1TBS honey, 3 drops of Lavender EO and a dash of cinnamon.

Hair tea is filtered water that was steeped with Horsetail Grass,
Chamomile, Sage, and Rosemary Leaf tea bags. I also use these in my
growth oil as well usually using a light oil like Jojoba.

I let the henna mix sit for about 2.5 hours then I shampooed with Creme
of Nature detangling and conditioning shampoo Sunflower & Coconut.

Then applied henna all over and worked through then put on plastic
shower cap with a bandanna then another shower cap and a twist teri cap
from the dollar store.

I'll rinse this out in the morning. The application didn't take as long as i thought it would..that's Great!!

The EO and cinnamon didn't cover the smell for me but now that I have
my head wrapped up I can't smell it. Well see how it works while I
sleep.
