@ Nik, I hate the dentist big time. Can't wait to be done with them for a minute! Still have to go back next week for the permanent crown. And the cost is NO JOKE!!

He hasn't called and I could care less. Feel a lil better knowin that he hasn't. Which is sad because he's suppose to be my heart my love my partner. Ugh. Maybe that's a sign. But I guess I can't read.

I am having flashbacks
I feel like my friend whom suggested that I go that far up on a hike that tough could ONLY be the offspring of satan. "Indeedy feed the needy" YES she is! No doubt! I also intend to take my horror out on these darn fatty foods. One silent treatment coming up!
I've trained 4 times a week for 11 months. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I left this house at 10a.m. for an hour and 15 minute hike.... I returned at 4. *don't judge me LOL
lastly...
I am laying in bed as I type this wondering if I will ever walk again!

IT WAS THAT BAD! LOL

My trainer told me in his 35 years of training he's never met anyone who hates working out more than I do. LOL

We plan to go 3 times a week! :-) If my slow self made it through..... I know you will! LOL You had to see how many people stopped to talk... out of pure concern. LOL They were very good motivators. Everyone is friendly. The vibe is just awesome. I'm sure you'd probably love it. I mean as hard as it was, I really did have a great time :-) Let me know if you want to come along one day! What's up for the weekend ladies? Nothing planned for me yet.

I'm looking forward to El Pollo Loco for dinner tonight! Why am I always thinking about food?

I really need to work out...if I worked out as often as I thought about working out I would be sooo fine! I need to get a schedule going again. I was doing P90X with my hubby for a couple months but after a vacay in April that went down the drain for both of us. I've worked out twice in the last month...and each time all I can think about is ice cream lol! No bueno! I've got to lose this post 2 babies in 20 months tummy!

Ok I'm done...and hungry.....I'll eat an apple Smile

I'm with you @Jamaica. Im always thinking about food. If I'm not eating it, I'm thinking about it in some way. My father is coming today and he wanted to know where's a good place for us to go out to dinner. Should I go expensive? lol

I'm trying to bounce my sleepy son to sleep so I can go figure out what I'm going to eat for lunch. Maybe a turkey wrap with lots of fresh veggies.

PS. Why do babies fight sleep SO HARD??? lol Taj is a trip!

I've had el pollo loco here twice. Never heard of it before but it was actually pretty good. Any recommendations? I always just get one of those chicken bowls.

I used to live in South Fl and I really liked Pollo Tropical. Now everytime we go down to visit, my hubby HAS to have it the first day we are there. My mom gets upset b/c she's cooked but he's thin enough, he can it twice! We're going down for Thanksgiving so I already know what's up!

I watched the Rihanna interview from last week. She went into detail about the incident with Chris Brown. Tonight they are suposed to talk about how more people have been reporting incidents of domestic violence since Rihanna's incident and they are suposed to show her new video.

I think I forgot what the sun looks like because it hasn't been out here all week.

On a good note, I have a job interview next week! Yay me!!!

I still get hung up on multiple s and sh sounds...

But it's the only word in the entire English language that I can't say, lol.
I am heading to the thesaurus to find a replacement word. I usually say "not general" in it's place. I have to use that word a lot for work....ugh!
