@Wizarding Wheezer: I'm going to try your method when I do my hair later today. I'm glad you said you don't let it dry, because I wouldn't have the patience for that either. LOL

@NikG20: You did a great job! I can't wait to see what it looks like when you take her hair down. She's too cute.

They were nice, but it seems like too much work. I am still perfecting the two strand twist

Thanks ladies! I did the three strand twist out on my daughters hair today. We didn't go to her school gathering because she got sick at school yesterday. Sad I didn't want to take any chances sending her today.

Here it is...

@NikG20: Wow! Your daughter's hair is sooo pretty! I'm almost afraid to post my pictures, they don't look nearly as good as yours!

Sooo, I started to try and I was giving myself a headache because I was concentrating so hard and it was so late, so I stopped and decided to try again another day when it wasn't so late. I started on damp hair and that seemed to work really well. I'll let you guys know how it turns out and I'll post some pics!

@NaturalNurse04- I bet they looked great! Besides, you had to do your own hair! I know when I have attempted to style my hair my arms get tired and I start getting really really lazy. lol I would usually stop half way through, which is probably why I no longer try to style my hair. lol

I can't wait to see pictures though!!!

Three strands are great if you want to keep your length. I like my twist when they are puffy! I don't think three strand are worth all the work.

After about 5 twists I really got the hang of it. I really like how they look neater than my 2 strand twists especially in my updos:)

I think I am going to try them in the next few weeks. I'll share results. I watched a video NikG posted of her doing A's hair. I was able to get it quickly after one viewing. I had watched at least four videos repeatedly before hers and could not get it for the life of me.

Would you mind directing me to this video? Was the video posted by NikG or did she post a link to a video here somewhere?
Thanks!
