nigel's 2bd birthday party is tomorrow so i've been busy preparing for that. I'm still recouperatibg from the trip. Been so tired all week! Soon I will be able to breathe again!

the hubs liked it but Nigel drank most of it! His chunky self loves anything named food or drink lol! I'm not a big fan of coconut so a sip is enough for me.

Hey gals!

I have been recouperating from the vacation and getting back into the swing of things!

Nothing much to report on my hair. Been using the same routine. Oh, actually today I did something I haven't done in a while....I plopped! I noticed lately my curls going a bit limp so this morning I decided to re-visit plopping and prayed for now subsequent frizz...and it worked! I definitely need to do some type of deep treatment though. I also did an oil rinse yesterday.

I did get to try a new little crochet project yesterday (since it was quick) and I made a 3 strand headband! I think I would prefer 2 strands but it's cute anyway:

Since I love flowers, I plan to add a flower to the top Wink

yes it does actually. I made a beige one that I thought was too small but it stretched quickly.

Ok I might be late on this discovery but...I put some CO in my hair before applying my gel yesterday and my hair was so soft and curls were poppin & there was no crunch at all from the gel! I'm going to try it again today and see if I get the same results.

Ok here's my hair from yesterday. Note that it looked a lot better in my head when I was thinking about it but it didn't come out too bad. My hair was also nice and smooth and shiny due to the oil rinse I did with EVOO before hand.

This is simply done with a comb and very wet hair. You section the hair, place the comb in the section by the root, twirl the comb around to twist the hair as you pull downward at the same time.

Today I did a similar style except I put the top 1/3 in a pony tail and did the curls coming out of the ponytail as well as the hair underneath.
