Well I got my Avon Naturals Banana & Coconut Milk conditioner yesterday so you know I had to try it out today! It does have a couple non-water soluble silicones in it but you know...what the heck! It got good reviews so I thought I'd try it knowing that both ingredients (which are closer to the beginning of the ingredient list) are great for your hair.

I didn't co-wash today, I just let my hair get wet in the shower, parted it in 2 and applied the conditioner. One great thing is that it instantly gave a lot of slip! It smells good too. Not too strong, just right. I let it sit while I showered and rinsed last. Detangling was super easy too.
I was going to put my hair into another bun but I instead I left it out...just want to see what kind of results I have. So I mixed some coconut oil and TW C&C and raked that all throughout my hair. No gel today.

So far, so good. Not much shrinkage (yet) and my curls are curly and waves are wavy so no texture changes. My hair isn't totally dry yet so I'll report a dry update later.

While my hair is drying, I just made a few pairs of earrings...one will be sold on my online store Smile

I know we were supposed to meet today. I have been waiting on a customer to call me and I still haven't heard from her. Anyway, I am free any other day this week. Just let me know what works for you. Thanks.

Well the round pair with the writing on it has some discoloration so I'm keeping those. The fleur de lis is my new fave symbol so I decided to keep those too Smile

. But I am going to add a pair to the site probably later this week.

My hair is practically dry and my hair still looks alright. I gotta fluff it up.
And I forgot about today but yes, one day this week.

I fluffed up my hair and I like it. I see there's less frizz. I also think that the conditioner may have elongated my curls. Good thing I'm slowly embracing the waves vs. just wanting curls all over. Well, I do want curls all over but I'll take the waves if that's what I have to have. I'm also wondering if the top layer of my hair is more wavy now that it has grown quite a bit...maybe they're being weighed down? IDK.

SN: Does anyone know the secret to making your signature appear? I set it in my profile settings and saw the preview but I dont' see it when I post.

Today I used the Avon Naturals conditioner again. The results were good but not as good as the first time...idk why. I still need to add extra super duper moisture to the front of my hair..but I didn't put much time into my hair today since I was adding stuff to my shops.
I think I'll leave in some EVOO or evco...or both...overnight!

Well, it's my birthday weekend (bday is on Sunday) and the hubs and I are going out with friends for dinner & dancing tomorrow night! I'm so excited because we rarely seem to go out and have fun together! It's usually me going out with the girls once a month. I bought a new dress & shoes but I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to do my hair...fancy bun? half up? Idk...we'll see. I'll post pics though!

I got my Living Proof Shampoo, conditioner and styling cream in the mail today. Too bad the envelope was half wet! When I opened it, the styling cream had all leaked out!! Boo hoo! I just contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement Smile

Smells really good though!

Well, 3 more days until I leave for my cruise!!!!! Can't wait!

I just ordered 2 Curls products. Never used them before but I'm gonna try it out. I ordered CurlyQ Coconut Dream Conditioner (same as the Coconut Sublime condish but more for less $) and the Souffle styling cream. I think it's coming with a free sample of some moisturizing spray.

Until 7/12, Curlmart is giving 20% off all Curls products plus the free sample Smile

My order probably won't come until after I've left for the cruise so I'll use it and review it when I get back!
