NEED HELP....Hair is Shedding!!!!

I just recently started wearing my natural 4a/b hair out and have been rocking the wash n go. Problem is I have been washing and co-washing my hair a lot and now I am starting to notice little curls everywhere each time I wash and detangle. Can someone help me PLEASE. Maybe your manipulating your hair too much by constant cowashing....for shedding, I heard that using black tea helps reduce shedding significantly

I believe henna is good for shedding too.

almond oil is good for shedding too(excessive shedding)
