how do i acv wash?

this may be a crazy question but i am new to this natural journey, and im just not sure how i would do the acv wash, and my hair is really dry what are some good oils or moisturizers i can use?

Also, in addition to Coconut Oil, Olive Oil and Avocado Oil are also great, penetrating oils. That is, they will penetrate the hair shaft and provide conditioning benefits.

I use the ACV rinse after my condition and it has helped with dry time. I forgot to make the mix before i washed on Sunday and thought no big deal but it took forever for my hair to dry but when I washed today used my ACV rinse and like magic my hair dried in half the time!!!

what does the "ACV" stand for?

what i do is after my conditioner before i get out of shower i take about 1-2 tablespoons and put in an empty coke bottle, the single serve size and fill it up with warm water, shake it up and pour all over my hair massage it in then rinse first with warm water and then cold water. The smell is washed out once you rinse it i swear it makes my hair dry in half the time.....if other people do it differently please share with me!

i do it everytime i wash my hair regular wash and co washes!

I do it only when I have product buildup, especially when using gels to style. I do it after I shampoo but before I condition.

I use it as a shampoo, and then I condition.
