Re: Protein AnyOne
Hello!
I have used the Aphogee 2 minute reconstructer and shampoo treatment. (I thought it was fine)
I more recently started to use an egg, honey and conditioner mix and I love that. Visit motowngirl blog for recipes.
Hope this helps!

You could try mixing plain yogurt (or even flavored; it really doesn't matter) with Bragg's Liquid Aminos or plain, old soy sauce. I've tried both, and even though I like the results better when I use soy sauce, both will do. It's cheap and it works well.

I was thinking about trying the AO GPB. How often do you use it Cassadie?

Re: Protein AnyOne
once a week... and if I have enough time I'll leave it on under a cap for 30 min with heat as a DC.
Re: Protein AnyOne
I plan to use it as a DC but I will try it twice a month first. Thanks!!

Re: Protein AnyOne
Hi! I HIGHLY recommend using IC Fantasia Super Concentrated reconstructor. I have been using it for the past 3 years and have never looked back. It is great for protein and also detangling. It is 5 dollars about at any beauty supply store. I leave it on for abotu 30 minutes under a cap, but I would say 15 minutes is fine.
As for a protein from home I use an egg with olive and coconut oil mixed with acheapy conditioner. It works great. However no matter how cool the water I always manage to get a couple tiny white pieces of egg cooked on my hair [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I say try the IC product
