Glad you had a safe return and hoping you received lots of great goodies at your shower. With every generation that has babies the gadgets get increasingly cool and convenient! BTW- I stopped at Aveda to check out the product you tried recently. Are you still loving it?

We receieved more than 1000 dollars in gift cards and cash! We have a ton of thank you cards to send out this weekend

Good for you! It pays to be good to people and I say that because we got tons of stuff at our babyshower and I had a cousin who was obviously/verbally jealous but she has the nastiest attitude. Anyway, glad you all made it back safely. How was it flying pregnant? Did you notice any difference?

First i wanna say you are a true inspiration and soon there wont be one woman not rocking her natural curls! The pics from the baby shower are adorable. Your mom looks like a true diva, her hair looks so healthy! Your hair is looking so much defined with your new products. I will be getting them very soon. Do you know when there will be another curly nikki meetup? I would drive to wherever it is if its during the summer and a few of us want to have one :-)

giiiiiiirl save them gift cards n moolah for those last minute trips to get diapers n etc. you definitely scored . i got a fresh diaper genie i aint NEVER use...and had a nerve to get it from my gf's sister who also NEVER used it, lol. to think i wanted a "wipe warmer" but when my other gf who just had a baby a year before me mentioned "why do u need a wipe warmer?" of course me...who wants cold wipes on their ballz? then she broke it down...why waste $20 on a wipe warmer when u'll clearly use the regular unwarmed ones when ur out n about...i was like that makes sense...saved me $20!!

@ Nubie - I still use my wipe warmer and my changing table. We are starting potty training next week

Congratulations on all your gifts. The gift cards are the best. I got about $500 in gift cards (it's been 8 yr now) and I didn't have to come out of pocket for pampers til almost her first birthday. I breastfed so I was spared the cost of formula.

@Nubie ....I used a wipe warmer with both of my girls for the first 2 years at least probably longer (closer to 3 when they were fully potty trained)

Lol! The new and improved logo was a gift from a reader! She designed my first one and helps me with the page from time to time. It was all her idea, and I think it's too cute!

I bought a 50 dollar preggo pillow and yet I'm still awake... My back is in knots. I didn't walk for 6 days and I can feel it. I'm hitting it tomorrow, rain or shine!
