@ Happy Curly, it's a twist out 
Essentially, I twist my wet (freshly conditioned) hair with soft sheen carson's oil therapy. I curl the ends around my finger. Then, I untwist on dry hair either in the morning or a couple of days later (using either shea butter mixed with EVOO and coconut oil or Carol's daughter mimosa hair honey).
