I'm a newbie!

hello ladies!! I'm just here to say iv just joined CN and im excited
i used to stalk her blog, but i didnt know she had a forum!! im on LHCF and i love the ladies over there, but its always great to get a second opinion. dont worry im not a bitch or overly sensitive
um a little background info. i was natural until 2nd grade and then my mother said to me, "do you want your hair straight or curly" of course i picked curly (iv loved curly hair my whole life!) so i had a wave nuveo (however u spell it) until 6th grade because it just seemed like too much work for a little kid to ALWAYS have to moisturize there hair. then i got a relaxer in 6th grade and i was shoulder length that WHOLE time because i went to a predominantly white school and i hated when they touched my hair and wiped there hands off on their clothes because of the oil so i wet my hair everyday and put it into a ponytail. YEAH THANK GOD FOR HAIR FORUMS!!! so my hair started growing but i hated getting touchups (seemed like a waste of money) i wanted my hair to just grow period so i BCed in February 2010.

just my little side story for whoever is interested!

i have a black band around my head making it into a small puff i guess. i transitioned accidentally for five months .
i just dreaded getting a touchup with the burning of the scalp and watching all that hard work disappear by chemically altering your hair. it seemed like a waste of time for me.
