i saw her too... thats y i immediately came to the site and joined. it made me so happy to learn that theres a whole site devoted to my kinda hair. i love my curls and it always kills me to see women put weave into their hair to make it look curly. i have natural curls and im so thankful for this site. ive learned so much just n the past 2 days... my hair thanks u as well... lol [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I saw it for the first time yesterday too, and i was glad to see that my hair showed up well on camera... video cams aren't always the most forgiving to curls (blurring out definition).

uh, yes i missed it cuz i been held hostage at work since last friday! tyra has plenty of reruns though so i'll find it again! i hate to have to fast fwd throughout but they saved the best for last!!

I went to Metro and graduated in 2001. I lived on Page for 10 years and in Ferguson for my last 8 years there. I went to Truman for college, and promptly moved to NC. I'm home often though!

My hair in that pic was the result of a Twist-n-Curl. You can check out the video section of my blog for how to achieve it.

I found this online:
connect a usb cable from your dvr to your computer. your computer should read it as it would an external hard drive, memory card, jump drive or an mp3 player. than just drag / drop the files to a folder on your computer. last, just upload the files on to youtube.

Thank you ladies!!! I was so nervous the days leading up-- the makeup and hair people backstage were ridiculously funny and calmed me right down. The only thing on my mind was not shaking... I was sooooo cold. The set was like 60 degrees, and I was damn near naked. I wanted to wear a sweater dress, but after they saw my other options, I was instructed to change I was shivering, but managed to pull it together for my few seconds in the light

Oh yeah! You looked totally cute Nikki! That hair was the BOMB! Your shirt was cute, we couldn't tell you were freezing.

I saw it on "accident." lol I watch tyra from time to time but didn't know that Nikki would be on this one. I do remember her posting that she would do forums on her site though. I was watching it with my boyfriend in the room and I blurted, "I know her! That's Curly Nikki! You know, the girl's website I found when I was getting frustrated with my hair." lol I was so proud!

Nikki you looked great!!! I loved the shirt and you did a great interview too! I can't wait til she has you back on, because we all know it is going to happen!
