HELP! HOW DO I USE CASTOR OIL?!

Hey ladies! So i've read on many websites that castor oil is great for your hair. My question is: how do u use it? Some websites say u can use it as a deep conditioner or on your ends. I used it this past weekend as a deep conditioner, along with coconut oil, and ORS replenishing conditioner; my hair came out super soft. I applied the castor oil close to the roots and rubbed it down to the ends; it was a little sticky. Is this the right way to use it?

I am currently using castor oil mixed with olive oil and jojoba oil on my scalp.

I use castor oil on my scalp once or twice a week and everyday on my temple area hoping it will help it fill in. Does anyone know of anybody who used it to grow their temple/hairline?

Thanks for your replies ladies! I havent experienced any growth with castor oil yet because i've only used it once lol but i've read on several websites that castor oil helps speed up hair growth!

AfrikanLatina has been using it on her temples and she has had great results. Go the Butters n Bars Challenge section of this forum and look for her thread. She would be glad to share her results.

I apply it with coconut oil and a lil bit of shea butter. Sometimes I will just apply the castor oil and coconut oil. Iam seeing great results!! I wish I could post my pics but I still cant figure IT OUTTTTT!!!!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
