A couple of weeks ago, I noticed my ends were feeling kinda rough. I was thinking it was time for a trim since I havent had one since my BC back in August 09.

So over the past 2 weeks I have been paying special attention to them and now they are back to normal. I want to know how often do you trim your ends? do you go by the way they feel?

I dust every-so-often. Unless, I'm feeling/seeing something that needs immediate attention.

I trim when needed and S&D when I notice a knot or a split end

I trim once a year. And in trim, I remove about 1 in.

HAHA..I been here, but I haven't been here.....Know what I mean? It's to hard keep up when you got 2 sick kids, your husband is sick, and they are all surprised that you are sick too. I had to remind them "Superwoman gets sick too!!!". But I'm back and checking in.
