Oils & more Oils

I was at my local Grocery store (Kroger) and I came across Coconut Oil(refinded) is unrefined better? Also there was Grapeseed and Almond Oil, do I need these oils and if so what are they for??

The best coconut oil is unrefined, virgin (or "extra" virgin).

I don't use grapeseed or almond oils. I find that coconut oil is the only one I need. And it has multiple uses (hot oil treatment, pre-poo oil, detangler, leave in, conditioner). Extra virgin olive oil is also really popular as well as castor oil.

I absolutely Love coconut oil (unrefined)...it makes my hair so shiny & strong.... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I so love it ! now the grapeseed and almond??? idk about that one! i heard its good!

Shycurl- I recently bought grapeseed and almond. My hair loves olive and the almond oil. It hates coconut oil. It dried my hair out. What works for some, does not work for all. My suggestion is try it and if it dont work, swap it!

Has anyone used Mococcan Oil??? This is the ingrediance in the one that was recomended www.moroccanoil.com see the ingredients below..I see CONES!!!!
